Scanweld AS organizes Safety Day a few times a year. The company’s top management visits the work site and together with the team, aspects of occupational safety are discussed at the site. What could be done more safely? Have any other unassessed risks emerged? According to the chairman of the board of Scanweld AS, our greatest asset is our people and everyone has the right and opportunity to have a say in safety issues.
